Will Centrello do the prospecting for my company such as make phone calls, attend networking events on my behalf, or other marketing campaigns? YES and it depends. A conversation is needed to discuss the details as to what you specifically need and more importantly; what do you need to determine if we fit what you need.
How do you handle closing the sale after your someone raises their hand? Centrello will not close the sale. We manage the prospecting and lead generation process to find new business up to the point where a suspect raises their hand. At that point, they are now a prospect and we will facilitate an introductory meeting or phone call with a sales person from our client for a smooth introduction and transition of the relationship.
Does Centrello work with any B2C clients? Centrello will work with clients who are in the B2C business however we will not do the prospecting for them. Centrello will work with you from a consultant role by helping you setup systems and processes for lead generation and prospecting for new business development.
What kind of results can I expect from your services? Our focused process is meant to get your company, product, and or service known to your marketplace thereby creating Top of mind Awareness of who you are and what you have to offer. Oftentimes, we have run across businesses that had a need for our clients’ products or service on the first contact however this is not the norm. You can count on more touches/contacts being made to your market on a daily basis. When this is compounded over each day, week, month, or year; results soon follow. We build a plan and work it each day and adjust as needed because it works. It brings in new business.
Who typically uses your services?
- The President, CEO, or other Executive who is responsible and oversees a sales and marketing team and needs to get more productivity or accountability out of their groups.
- The selling business owner who doesn’t have the time to build the business because he or she is trying to maintain the current clients.
- The company that is doing well and is looking to improve their current lead generation process
- A business that needs an extra resource on a part time basis to support in house marketing or sales projects.
I see that you offer workshops. Should I attend? Attending one of our workshops is a great way to gain a true understanding of how we work and a way to have a group learning process. It’s also a great area to learn new and different skills. In fact; you may determine you may not have to hire us for our services because we teach our processes in our workshops. Also, if you attend each session of our workshop two times, you no longer have to pay for the workshops anymore. You can attend for as long as the workshops are offered. It’s a great way to share and learn what’s working and what’s not working for you with the new classes. Finally, this is an excellent networking opportunity because our workshops have local business owners, executives, and other representatives from area businesses.
Will you come to our site and facilitate a workshop? Yes. We’ve been told this is a great way to get your entire team on the same page and working towards the same goals while using the same processes.
Are these workshops meant to be full of motivational and rah-rah stuff? Simply stated…no! Our workshops are interactive and each attendee works through a step-by-step process to aid them in becoming more successful at their finding more qualified business opportunities. Also, the workshops will not help you sell more; but will help you find more qualified prospects and a little bit more about yourself.
Where and when are your workshops offered? There is a calendar of events on our website. If you’re city is not listed, please contact us about facilitating one in your city.
How long and how much are the workshops? There is a workshop each quarter and all information about location and pricing can be found on our events page (www.centrello.com/events). Once you make the initial investment, you are no longer required to pay for the workshop again and can continue to attend for as long as they are offered. Our monthly course is something separate from our workshop.
Could you tell me more about the Mastermind Group? The Prospector’s Mastermind Group (PMMG) was established for attendee’s who complete the Prospecting and Lead Generation Workshop two times. That means they have gone session 1 and session 2 twice. Once completing the final session, they are automatically enrolled into the PMMG which entitles them to the following:
- Can attend all future Prospecting and Lead Generation Workshops for free
- Attend monthly meet with the PMMG
PMMG consists of members having the same knowledge and expertise received through the workshop with the expectation to share what’s working and what’s not working with each other in their specific areas of business. This group is also an excellent networking opportunity for our members to connect with different members for the purpose of sharing and giving business to each other.
